Tom Grilk, Executive Director of the Boston Athletic Association and David Smith, Team 43 Alumnus from the George W. Bush Institute’s Military Service Initiative, shared their impactful story with the Boston Globe about Carlos Arredondo. Carlos was one of the heroes during the 2013 Boston Marathon who ran toward the explosions at the finish line when every human instinct told him to run the other way. Both Tom Grilk and David Smith were General Session panelists at the Energi Risk Management & Insurance Summit last week.
