Energi’s Claims Portal is our latest online connection to your Claim Information. This online tool has become a heavily used resource by Energi Clients, providing up to date claim information and further proving Energi to be an innovative leader within our industry. Version 2.0 of our Portal offers a number of enhancements and new features presented over a user friendly display. Use of the Claim Portal provides a resource to enhance any client’s experience with Energi.
Stay up to date and informed on your claim activity. The Claim Portal offers direct access to up to date adjuster notes. These notes are updated every night and give you direct insight to the work being done on your loss.
Broker access to the portal now provides the ability to run your own loss reports. Reports can be run in both PDF and Excel formats. Much like your monthly bank statement, these reports are updated once per month – on the 10th of each month.
Choose your own Claim Alerts. With the Push Notification Menu, Users are presented with a menu of claim alerts which they can choose to be automatically notified on. If the User selects any alerts from the Notification Menu, they will be automatically E-mailed each morning with a link connecting them to their notification center where they will be able to view a list of all new alerts.
