Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring and developing eCaptiv Sales in a defined territory. This will include marketing all of eMaxx product offerings and related products to targeted Accounts and Insured’s in targeted territories. All functions will be aligned with Management and companies goals utilizing Sales Plan and Marketing Focus of Senior Management.

Responsibilities 

  • New Business Development of eMaxx product offerings to targeted Insured’s and potential policyholders
  • Understanding of the eMaxx and eCaptiv corporate mission, corporate structure and strategic direction in order to articulate to strategic partners, distributions partners, trade associations, policyholders and prospective policyholders
  • Implementation of the sales goals and objectives of the eMaxx operating plan as defined by the company using the defined marketing programs
  • Business development of the target classes for the eMaxx business through all distribution channels in the region
  • Provide an efficient and eloquent message to prospects, provide them product collateral when requested
  • Database Management with specific agency systems and databases
  • Sales development and follow up including appointment set up and presentations
  • Keep abreast of trends and techniques, and research and develop new, improved selling tools and aids to maintain competitive status within the industry
  • Attend trade shows and other marketing opportunities
