eMaxx has deployed new Claims Notifications functionality into the Member Portal for Indemnity Payment Issued. Through this new feature, members and brokers have the ability to choose how to be notified and for what types of clam activity.
Additional Claims Notifications functionalities include:
- New Claim
- Adjuster Change
- New Adjuster Note Posted
- Reserve Change Over $10k
- Paid Amount Over $10k
- Status Claim Changes
This information populates in the Member Portal and is updated on a daily basis. The Claim Notifications functionality can be found under the Claims Management and Claims section of the Member Portal.
