Recognized for the third consecutive year

PEABODY, MA –– The Boston Business Journal (BBJ) named Energi a 2016 Best Place to Work. The latest recognition comes as the company has announced the launch of eServices, focused on providing turn-key risk management, claims, marketing and technology solutions to insurance companies and various industries enabling them to manage exposures, drive down losses and reduce expenses.  This set of solutions is being offered through a limited group of independent agency partners.

“Energi is honored to receive this recognition for the third year and with our expansion into eServices, we will continue to maintain a culture where all employees desire to go to work,” Brian McCarthy, CEO, Energi. “It is the employees within Energi, with their entrepreneurial spirit and mind-set that truly have made the company a place where everyone wants to go to work every day.”

This is the third consecutive year that Energi has been honored as a Best Place to Work by the BBJ. Energi has also been recognized three times as a Top Place to Work by the Boston Globe, and as a Best Place to Work in Insurance by Business Insurance Magazine. Last year, Energi was ranked by Boston Globe as #1 in the Medium Category.

“We try to think outside of the box with initiatives that increase employee satisfaction,” said Mary Beth Heffernan, Vice President of Human Resources. “This year, we launched a Corporate Wellness Program which includes two FitBit challenges. We are quite pleased with the participation rates and the interest in our employees teaming up to stay fit and active.”

Energi is a premiere sponsor of the Risk Management Summit, a risk management and safety conference offered for all small and middle market companies. The Summit will take place at the Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas from October 2nd– 6th. The Keynote Speakers are Randi Zuckerberg and Robert Herjavec.
