New York City, September 20 2011– Brian McCarthy, CEO of Energi, recently participated in a series of press events in New York City to announce formally the unveiling of the PACE Commercial Consortium. The PCC was organized by the Carbon War Room, an independent non-profit founded by Sir Richard Branson dedicated to finding market-driven solutions for climate change. The PACE Commercial Consortium (PCC) integrates the program management and engineering best practices of Lockheed Martin, the financial sophistication of Barclays Capital and the pioneering insurance partnership of Energi and Hannover Re in an end-to-end solution administered by the team’s leader, Ygrene Energy Fund.

As a result of the press conference, Energi and its Consortium partners were featured in the New York Times and Financial Times, among other publications.
